Exit animation occurs at 2nd cue

Hi everyone,

I am new to Storyline 2 so pls excuse me if my questions are too basic.  My first attempt at Storyline was to create a ball that bounces 3 times and then exit with a spin and shrink animation.  However my exit animation occurs at the 2nd cue.  I was not able to re-activate the entrance and exit animation to try to troubleshoot.  I don't know why?  Anyone can help me?  Pls see attached.
