I have updated the configuration.js file to Always_Close, also tried Always Close Top. My exit button is still not working. When I select the story.html file to run the story it pops up with IE does not allow some content. I click it to move on. I am not sure what is causing the exit button to not work. My LMS system requires the exit button to work on every slide. Any ideas how I can get this to work on my slides?
It sounds like you've made the changes to the JS file, outlined here but as that article demonstrates the exit course trigger is notoriously tricky.
Did you also look at testing it in SCORM Cloud to see if the LMS is contributing to it not working correctly? Also what browser(s) have you tested it in?
