I have created a very basic course and for some reason my Exit button on the top right of my screen player is not exiting the course it is advancing my slides instead. I have been troubleshooting and have not been able to resolve this issue. Please help :)
Now for some reason Storyline isn't working on my computer. It says the serial number is invalid. I have been using it all day. Ugh. I have been having issues all morning with this software. And the associate that is helping me is not responding. He has had me reinstall this thing twice today.
Is there a number I can call. I have a pressing deadline and this is hindering my ability to meet it.

It looks like you were working with Satish, who escalated your case to Rowie and Rowie responded about 30 minutes ago. The serial number should only have to be entered after you download and install the update, but if you're seeing it every time you open Storyline that would be a problem we'd want to investigate further - so please clarify the steps you've gone through here or with Rowie and we'll continue to work with you as a part of the Support case to get you situated and working correctly.
