I have a customer having issues when we hit "exit course" you get a course we get the "Bye you may now leave this page" but if you sit on it for more than a few seconds, we get a "page loading" message. Any ideas? The course is recording correctly, should that tab close on its own?

What version of Storyline are you using?
What browser(s) is the affected learner using to view the course?
If you're able to share an affected .story file with us for testing, that would be gold! You can send it privately to us by using this link. We'll try to replicate the behavior in a similar environment and delete it after troubleshooting!

Yes but there really isnt an exit message in SCORM Cloud. As soon as you hit exit the pop up window closes. In the LMS after you select exit course the window just closes in the LMS after exit course it shows a blank page and then says "Loading"

You mention this is happening in Chrome: How does the published content behave in other browsers? Also, what happens if the affected learner refreshes the page in Chrome?
And out of curiosity, what LMS are you using? I'll check to see if I can locate any similar reports!
Thanks Katie! Appreciate it. I think what the problem is after the learner hits exit course, the goodbye message is not appearing at all. It is just a blank page. Have you heard of that happening?

Have you tested your file in SCORM cloud? This is a simple way to see if it's the file or your LMS.

I should clarify, it stays in the new window in the LMS and doesnt close. In SCORM cloud the window closes.
