I am testing in a web environment. Nothing happens when I click the Exit feature button. Client needs a variable passed when the user exits - so I need this to work.
Hi, Lucia -- Thanks for reaching out, and I see that Joanna and Darren are assisting you! Would it be possible for you to share your file so that others can take a closer look for you? Please use the ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left corner of the reply box in the thread, and you can browse for the file from there.
Hi, Lucia -- Thanks for your reply, and as you mentioned that you are publishing for Web, may I ask if you have tested your published output via tempshare.articulate.com to see if you are finding the same behavior in that environment?
Again, we may be better able to assist if you can share your file, but if you cannot upload here due to privacy concerns, here is the form you'd need to share for confidential, offline review.

Are you testing locally form your drive or have you uploaded the content online?

I've tried the options in that link you supplied - no luck.
Could it be on the clients internal security / browser setting side?
Where are you passing the variable to? Can you post details of the trigger you have set up?

The variable is being passed to Sharepoint where the course is hosted. That works - but they cannot exit the course!
