I have added an exit trigger to my storyline project - I have tried it on a custom tab in the player and as a clickable button on a slide but am encountering the same issue in both places.
I have the trigger to set to on click but users have to click the button twice before it actually exits. This is driving me crazy. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a work around?
I tried using Javascript instead but it was causing some other issues.
I'm not sure how you're publishing or distributing your course, but you may want to take a look a this article, if you haven't already. Is the JavaScript method you used the same or similar to the one listed? Also, have you tried having the course open in a separate window?
