I would create T/F variables for the 12 questions
On each quiz slide 'adjust variable CatxQx' to true when timeline starts on the slide.
Use the variables in your conditions on the main slide to adjust the state to disabled on return e.g. change state of Cat1Q1 to disabled when timeline starts on condition that variable Cat1Q1 = true...repeat for all 12. This will allow your user to do the quiz in any order.
On main slide have trigger 'jump to slide' result slide when timeline starts on main slide on condition that Cat1Q1=true AND Cat1Q2=true ....Cat4Q3= true
