I was wondering if there is a way to make the articulate storyline course that we are viewing inside a LMS, full screen?
To get an idea of what I'm trying to achieve, take an example of a video file. Just how we can click on the full screen arrows to expand it. I'm trying to achieve a similar effect.
Do you have the option to republish the package and update the LMS? If so, you'll want to go into the Player settings > Other > Browser Settings and enable "Allow user to resize browser" and "Resize browser to fill screen"
If republishing is not an option, your options will depend on the LMS. Which one are you using? For example, Blackboard Learn gives you full control over the size and configuration of the package and how it launches while Canvas is quite limited.
I have the option to republish and followed the steps you shared. I works wonderfully.
However, when I click on the link for the course in the LMS it takes me to a page where it says Launch course, only when I click on the launch button the course starts in a new window.
I was wondering if there is an option in articulate to avoid that extra step of clicking on the Launch course button and just be able to play the course in a new window at first click only?
Its not a requirement of the organization but I've observed that most users want to get to the course in minimum clicks possible.
If you set the On Restart menu to "Never Resume", the content should load automatically every time.
However, if you have audio on the very first slide, you may still see the black screen with play button on launch in some browsers. This is a limitation of how some browsers handle auto-playing media.
