Experienced Storyline Developer Needed ASAP

Hi,

My client has an old Storyline SCORM course (circa 2013) that needs to be upgraded to HTML5 before Dec 31, 2020.

Looking for an experienced developer for this conversion project.  Things I can tell about the course:

the course has A LOT of audio synchronization
the course has A LOT of graphic synchronization (think animated PowerPoint slides)
the is a SCORM course with completion settings based on % of slides viewed (I'm pretty sure, or it is number of slides, it was so long ago that this was developed)
we use this course in Moodle
course length: approx 2 hours broken into 3 modules

I'd be happy to share the original source files with a qualified developer, so you can take a look under the hood and let me know the level of effort involved.
