I use Storyline 3 and publishing to html5. My project is experiencing serious latency and animation issues in IE 11. The audio doesn't match with the text/animations and text animations will often pop up in a different order. The course will only run properly in Edge Chromium, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. The problem is 45% of my audience will open it in Internet explorer. Has anyone else had this issue? Are there any solutions available?
Our compatibility mode is not enabled. It works on some machines and not on others. I am wondering if there are other IE 11 settings causing the issue.

This turned out to be an animation issue. There are certain animations that IE11 will not display properly. So it looked like latency, but was not.
