Hi, One of my employees has had the same Storyline 2 license since she started 2+ years ago. She just got a message that she has exceeded the number of activations allowed. I'm not sure why that would be. I do know she has had at least one replacement computer - but IT moved software over. Is this an error that other people have encountered?
When changing computers you need to deactivate it from the current one before installing on the new one. Perhaps IT didn't do that. If she has it installed on another PC as well (like at home) that would be the issue.
