Is there any possibility to add text explanation, that will pop-up when you move a cursor to the exact word? It should be not an explanation from the dictionary, but our own explanation.
Have you tried using markers or hotspots? For markers, you may need to find a way to disable the icon that typically appears with them. For hotspots, you could enable the definition you want to appear on a separate layer (user passes cursor over word/term, which is hotboxed, and the definition appears; then view returns to base layer when cursor leaves hotbox area).
You can place a hotspot over the word and then add a trigger for Show Layer ###, when the Mouse Hovers Over Hotspot. The layer would contain a textbox with the definition.
Thank you a lot. That is what I needed. Is it possible to insert this Storyline file into Articulate 360 course like a simple text, but not like a presentation with slides?

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking. You can copy the slide content and put it into the course. You'll likely need to rebuild some of the interaction.
Are you talking about Rise? If you can see this in 360, it is a presentation with a slide, because 360 can't produce anything else. If you want just the text and interaction that appears in the picture, open the 360 course you want it to appear in and import this slide from Garth's .story file. It will look like simple text on your presentation.

Hi.

You can also use a marker next to the word.
Use a hotspot, see attached.
