Then you can go to Translate > Export and choose the option .xml. This creates an .xml of all you content, but then you can clean the non-glossary parts.

No if you are working with the Player-Glossary.
But, you can make a Content-Glossary as Jeff did and kindly shared in https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/freebie-interactive-glossary-for-storyline
