Only thing that comes to mind is to use a third party recording software (I'm sure there are some free ones out there that you could use). You could play the course, record with the software and save in the format you'd like to use. I know in some cases you can pick up sound when making a screen recording without a mic, but that's obviously going to make a video.
I'm also not sure what type of audio you're using, but you could try to publish the Storyline course using the CD option. This basically creates a folder that holds all of your course files. Look for the story content folder and there you will find all your audio narration files.
I'm curious to see how this works out for you and if anyone else has some suggestions.
I looked closer at Camtasia Studio after your post. It turns out there's an option to capture the sound digitally as the course plays. There's no need for speakers or mics.
