It will all depend on how you plan to publish your quiz - are you able to use an LMS to track it? That's the easiest way to get the results of individual students.

Great - you'll want to double check how you have your settings when you publish so that the information is reported to your LMS.
You may find this article helpful about viewing and tracking Storyline content in your LMS. This article will also go over what data is shared with your LMS. You'll want to check with the administrator of your LMS for information on how the teachers will receive the quiz results and what's available in terms of exporting it.

The idea is to publish the quiz to the school's LMS, so the students will have to log in to the school site to take the quiz.
