Is there a way to export a .swf from within a Storyline file? We don't have the original video clips saved locally, and we need to convert them to MP4.
Do you have the .story file or only the published output?
Within the .story file there isn't an option to export a file you inserted. In the published output you could go look for the .swf file and save it out from there.
Great idea, Walt! We were able to find them in the story_content folder of the published output. They were labeled with the prefix "video", ending with the format suffix "swf", with a bunch of jargon in the middle.

Poke around in the published output, and you may find them among the .mp4 files.
