Is it possible to export a Storyline project as a video, for instance to put it on YouTube?
Of course it cannot contain any interactive elements then, because that would stop the video, but nevertheless it would be great if all the work invested in one of my learning modules could be re-used for promotional purposes on for instance YouTube.
Or should I just run the project and record the screen?
Hi Roy, welcome to the community. There is no way to export/publish Storyline content as a video (that would make a great feature request). Running and recording the published content is your best bet.
I always use a recording tool (ScreenFlow) that, along with the screen recording, also records the system audio. That way I can record everything in one pass.

But then I loose the sound, right? So I have to export that as well and then sync the sound from all my slides with the recorded video.
Is that correct?
