Export to Word - Word Freezing Not working

We run parallels off our macbooks and have storyline running windows 10. I am trying to export a word document for translation/review however it's not working. I am able to go through the steps to initiate, however nothing happens. The screen grey's out and shows no progress, I can see in the task manager that word is running. I've let it sit for more than a half hour. 

When I end task for Word, the popup saying my file has been exported, but there is nothing available to view.

Hi Aaron,

It looks like you may be attempting to export that Word document to the Mac side of things? In our article on working in Parallels, we'd advise saving and publishing Articulate projects in the Windows environment, not the Mac. For example: C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\ 

Can you test that out? Also, let's double check that you're using the latest update of Storyline 360, Update 16. If you go to the Help Tab - > About Articulate Storyline you’ll see the update number listed there, in the bottom right corner.

Let me know if saving to the Windows side fixes it up!
