I want to use a screen capture I created in Storyline 2 in a Rise course however the option to Export Video does not seem to be available. I have recently updated to the latest version of Storyline 2 but the Export Video and Save Frame options do not appear when I right click on the preview option in Record Screen drop down.
Can you shed any light on why these options might not be available.
Hi Cath! Just to confirm, when you are in this window, and you right-click the preview of the recording, you aren't getting the dropdown:
Where is this project saved on your computer?
Also, are you able to add the screen recording in again as another scene to a project? I'm wondering about the general functionality of working with that same screen recording.
I'm not able to see the image that you've attached here. Looks like you may be replying via e-mail, which does not allow the attachments to come through.

The project is saved on my hard drive.
I can insert the video into another scene / slide so that is all working. Just not getting the options when I right click.
