Every time I export Closed Captioning (.vtt) from Storyline I get a 'storyline crashed' message and the file comes out as 0 bites. I don't want to reprogram the CC with every video update.
I'm using parallels on a Mac.
I've tried-
1. downgrading and testing, then upgrading and testing storyline
I'm happy to help! Are you saving the project to your local drive rather than a network/shared drive like OneDrive or Dropbox?
If not, I'd recommend saving the .story file to your local drive and then export the closed captioning file to a local folder like the Documents or Desktop folder.
