I'm trying to edit exported screens from Storyline in Photoshop and when I try to open the files in PS, I'm told they cannot be opened do to a program error. Is this just me or have others had this issue?
Yes its a PS error and I'm using 360. I was able to open the images in Snagit Editor and save as a jpeg, then they would open in PS. Just an extra step, but time consuming when I have a lot of images.

Are you using Storyline 360?
How did you export the images? What file format?
I assume it's Photoshop giving you the error?
Can you open the image in a different app?

Interesting that you can open in Snagit and not PS. What format were that save to?
What is the source of the image? Screenshot from Storyline? Software sim?
