I cannot see the full error box to see where the error is originating from.
You mentioned a zip file, but trying to view the .story file. The .story file is not included in the published output folder. The message you shared seems to indicate that you may be updating the published output. If you're using the same file name, it would ask if you want to update the files when saving and/or uploading to your published environment.
