Exported Zip will not Upload to Brightspace/D2L

Previously published projects from Articulate Storyline 2 for Brightspace/D2L using the zip feature. I need to edit the report.html file in the zip and was usually able to update this file, re-zip my project, and upload to Brightspace and import with no issues. However, I have not been able to do this lately (within the last 4 months):

SYA_Module.zip conversion has been added to the job queue.
I am currently attempting to test this zip in SCORM cloud but can't get that to upload either (I already have a ticket open with them). I've also asked Brightspace with no solution as of yet.
Has anyone encountered this issue and have any alternative workarounds or suggestions? An example file with my updated report.html file is attached.

I was able to upload your zipped content to SCORM Cloud, but I cannot actually see the contents (check it out here). Not sure if that assists with your troubleshooting? Modification of the published output is not supported by Articulate.
Looks like I had to zip my files from within the Story Output folder. Basically, I had to zip to include the manifest.xml file or it would not upload. IT works now!
Ah, thanks for popping in with an update Aisha.
We typically advise to zip the published output from the Publish Successful dialog box to prevent any issues with the files and zipping process.
