I am looking to email a course I have created but want to only send one file like a flash file. is this possible? if so how would I be able to achieve this?
Publish the files to CD, then zip up the folder produced by Storyline. Note - running things locally won't function 100% identical to hosting on the Internet. Scripting for example is blocked. I'd suggest opening the story.html file produced in several different browsers.
Great question - Storyline will publish a collection of files, and all those are needed to play the output. Brian's idea is a good suggestion if you need to email it to some and aren't ready to place it on your Website or Learning Management System (LMS).
