Exporting Custom Colour Palette

Hi there

I have created a custom colour palette with our company colours in Storyline 360. I want to share the palette with the rest of my team. From what I have read here in the community, I should be able to export my player (which should include my custom palette) and have them import the player so that they will also have access to the colours.

I have tried this to no avail. The player exports without a problem and they can import all the player colours and settings, but the colour palette is not included in the export. 

Has anyone had this problem before? Is there a way to fix it?
