Exporting Screen Recordings

Hi,

I'm trying to export a screen recording from Storyline 2 and have been unsuccessful. I found the following article with instructions but when I follow the steps they don't work (https://community.articulate.com/series/4/articles/exporting-screen-recordings-in-articulate-storyline-2). Can anyone help me export my screen recordings?
