Exporting text for translation in Word doesnt work

I've tried clicking 'Translate > Export', naming my file and leaving the default of saving to .doc to open the text in a Word document. 

However, after the translation loading bar completes, a blank popup displays.  After some time I clicked 'OK' on the popup. 

I then found the file where I saved it to in my PC's File Explorer. 

When I try to open the Word document, I get a Word error saying that the file could not be found and it may be removed, renamed or deleted etc. 

Any ideas?

It looks like you may be using Storyline 2, so I was curious about what version you're currently on.
