Hi - I have an ongoing issue that external links (email address or URL) don't work when viewing from a desktop computer but DO work when viewing from an iPad). I'm not sure if it's my website that has the problem - is there an Articulate testing site that I can upload my WEB published files to test?
Articulate has a site called Tempshare that you can upload files to. I can't seem to find the link to it - but you might be able to search the forum and grab it.
Otherwise have you tried uploading to the Public folder of dropbox, copy the public link to the story.html file and email that to yourself and open from there.
