I used video in every slide in storyline. After publishing when we click next button it's take few sec for loading because of video loading, can we use video in from external library. If yes please help.
As Phil mentioned, there may always be a few seconds of load time, but Storyline does progressively stream the videos as described here so that you won't have to wait for the entire video to download before it starts.

you can bring a video in as a web object, or as a video from a website there will always be some loading times for the videos even if you stream it.
