I am trying to change the color of a shape using the eyedropper tool, but it is only offering black - no matter where I drag it on the screen. I took a screenshot and attached it here - the eyedropper tool is not showing up in the screenshot, but it is where the small black square is. Any ideas?
This happens a lot with two monitors. Move the mouse great distances, and you may get lucky, and move over a part that has the color you want. Otherwise, try bringing everything back onto the main monitor, and if that fails, you may have to temporarily turn off the second monitor.

Hi Kristin,
Thanks for sharing what you are experiencing. Walt is correct, it's typically an issue reported when multiple monitors are being used.
The key is to be sure that both monitors have the same DPI.
Are there any plans to try to fix this? I'd imagine the majority of elearning designers use two monitors.
Hello Tom!
We've noticed this issue occurs when multiple monitors have a different DPI. The fix for this issue is to set both monitors to the same DPI.
Our team hasn't added this to our current roadmap. If we reroute, we'll update you in this discussion.
