Great question! I'm not able to locate a functionality explicitly for that in Storyline, but perhaps publishing your project for Word can be an alternative?
Can you also share a little more about what you're looking to accomplish? I'd be happy to find other options for you!
I was hoping to have functionality to produce PPT and training facilitators guides. It usually is a Word add on. I found Leader Guide Pro but was looking to do it through Articulate.
I saw a recent post about downloading a Rise course to pdf. (I just searched "print"). That might work. I am searching for a low effort alternative as well. My agency is just beginning modernizing and developing our pre-service courses in Rise. They are currently just full text PDF documents with some supplemental PPTs. It is still facilitated primarily face-to-face. The instructors want a way to print a participant guide so learners can take notes "in context".
I'm eager to hear how other community members approach printing out Rise 360 courses! You're right, one way is to export the course as a PDF and then print. Since our authoring tools are designed for interactive, online learning, you might need to make a few changes so it's understandable on paper. For example, I'd recommend using extra space in the course so there is room to take notes. Also, you can still add Knowledge Check blocks for the learner to answer quiz questions.

Hi Melissa!
