I am working on a interactive video course. There were some Synchronization video with slide animation ans some functionality on running video. Everything is working fine when i check the course on Local server. But when i upload the course on Online and run the course this was working fine on first time and synchronization is also working fine.
But, when i navigate the slide and go to another slide or reload the same slide then synchronization is not working fine. In that case timeline starts but video starts after some time. So that Synchronization is not working fine.
Is there anyone facing same problem? Or if anyone have solution for that issue please help.
Our QA Team is aware of and working on issues where the video gets out of sync when the seekbar is being used, but this sounds like it may be a different issue.
Would you be able to share your .story file for us to take a look?

I have a story file. There is an video on timeline and also there were some text appearing. I need to sync these text with the video. First time sync is working fine but when i go to another slide and get back again sync not working fine.
As per my investigation in this stage video does not load and timeline runs.
