Facing problem in the recording the screen in the "Select Window" mode

I'm not sure if I'm understanding the question. The Select a Window option is to record a specific application window that is running. Check out this tutorial for additional details.

Hi, Ravindra -- Are you by chance using dual or multiple monitors? If you were to click on select a window, it will grey out your screens until you click on one of them. You would then need to resize the recording area to best fit the screen you are trying to record. Hope that helps, and if not, please let me know and we'll see what else we can do! :)

Hi Christie, After performing below step:

it will grey out your screens until you click on one of them.  Screen recording area becoming full screen mode means including the area which is not the part of software. This is main problem. but I have tried with another software suggested steps are working perfectly. I dont know why its not working for this software.

Hi, Ravindra - My apologies if I didn't understand you initially. If I am not mistaken, you will need to not select full screen, and manually adjust the recording window to fit what you need. However, the screen recorder will stay in a locked ratio, so you may need to adjust the software you are recording.
