I am using Storyline 360. I have been trying to get each line in one textbox to fade in at certain times. Looking this up, it doesn't look like I have the Sequence options under Effect Options (see attachment).
What am I missing? Each line is separated by 2 returns (tried one, tried with and without bullets).
Any idea why the text box was corrupt? I have about 6 files that all have this issue (worked in one when I inserted a new text box as you suggested, so I assume it will work in the others).

Hi S T
see if this Peek and attached sample file help with the setup
Do you know why I can't see the options I need? I attached a screenshot.
The screenshot doesn't show me which object you have highlighted before you click the Animation tab. If you share your file happy to take a look.
I attached just one slide, content removed. I am unable to see sequencing options.
Thanks!
Looks like the text box might be corrupt. I added another one on the slide, selected it > Animation > Fade and the options displayed
Thanks!!

No idea - it's a mystery...don't waste time trying to work it out just delete and recreate.
If you find it keeps happening you may need to follow these instructions for 'repair' or 'unexpected/erratic behaviour'
All the best with your project.
I was reading below to figure out how to make each item float in on my project, but how do I set the speed in which each object floats in?
Try changing the Duration.
