I'm trying to fade out background music at the end of a "credits" slide, but I can figure out how to do that. Is there a way to do it in Storyline 2, and if not, what would you suggest?
I am very new to this software but I have just just created a lovely opening sound "reduction" by editing short music provided with AS2 software. I have simply played music, stopped at low intervals and kept gradually reducing sound level. it worked great and no other software was needed..
To the SL Staff... is this functionality something that we can expect to see in the next software update? It seems like something that would be rather useful to many of your users.
Hi Anthony! We do not share what's coming, but if this is something that you would like to see we would encourage you to submit a feature request for our development team.

Hi Karen
no SL audio editing isn't that advanced - you'd need to use something like Adobe Audition or similar
HI Karen
Audacity is a great free tool to edit audio files. And there is fade out option of course :)

Thanks Dorota for sharing that idea here - and if you're able to share an example that's always awesome too. :-)
I am working on my little opening slide and will post when I am somewhat proud of it...
