Can someone please tell me what this means? I'm trying to import a slide deck someone else created and then update them in Storyline. I get the following error message and by default a blank slide appears.
There are a few reasons why you might be seeing this error message:
You're importing a PowerPoint that was built in an unsupported version of Microsoft. I'd recommend making sure your version of PowerPoint is up to date.
There might be a corrupted slide in the PowerPoint. If this is the case, try saving the project under a new file name and to your local drive and then import.
Lastly, here are a few reasons why you might be running into this snag when importing a PowerPoint into Storyline.
