I have storyline2 installed two years ago and working great, last week i decide to download and try storyline3 so i install it (after performing a long time Win update) then i try to open SL3 but i get this error message :
" The program can’t start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer" what i have to do ???
i updated windows to SP1 latest update, nothing changed !!!
That error message means that the api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1.0.dll is either missing or corrupted in your Windows runtime environment. You can fix this by downloading and installing the Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows from Microsoft.
Please make sure to download the update that is suitable for your OS. Refer to this Microsoft KB article for details:
