If someone fails the quiz I have them restart the course expecting that they'll be able to retake the quiz the second time. Right now that isn't working. I've never had this problem before. Help?
It sounds like you are running into some roadblocks here and I am more than happy to help! A couple of questions for you to consider:
Is the quiz not resetting in Storyline or is this happening in an LMS?
To make sure I am on the same page, does the course contain a retry button that allows the learner to retake the quiz? Or is the learner exiting the course and returning to the LMS to retake it?
Lastly, what appears to be happening when retaking the quiz? Does it appear to not be resetting?
