I'm converting a Frequently Asked Question factsheet into an e-learning module. Would anyone have examples from past projects that they'd be willing to share? The content is technical, so I'm trying to make it interesting and interactive.
I once did that for an FAQ regarding a technical system to handle diarys. What i did was that i took every subject in the FAQ (i belive it was 15 subject) and for each one i made one video so the student saw how to do it and then one interactive slide where the student will do it. (created via screendumps and hotspots and so on). Will see if i could find an old sample.
