FAQs of Users Accessing Your Storyline Presentations via Articulate Online

Hi Everyone!

I was wondering if anyone had an FAQ to support your users who are accessing your Storyline 2 modules via Articulate Online; is there online or one we could add to.

I know some users may experience sound dropout, freezing etc. Whilst we may start to take some aspects as read because we have become so ingrained in Storyline/Articulate!,  what are the common questions you are asked by your users, and how do you answer/support their use of materials - a seperate support (email, seperate webpage), an in player resource.

I'd be interested and grateful of your feedback.

Hi Emily,

Thank you, I am working my way throughn those and the forums but they are mostly regarding 'our end' of Articulate rather than after publishing them and the difficulties users may have accessing modules using Articulate Player via Articulate Online.

I think it would be very helpful to habe a depository of FAQs asked by leaners/students who we present these modules too and collate answers as an Articulate hive brain :)
