Feedback master changes - Not applying to existing slides

Dec 01, 2016

I've made changes to my Feedback masters (i.e. added triggers to both correct and incorrect layers to disable the continue button at timeline start and return to normal state at timeline end because I have audio running on each layer, I also changed the font color on the disabled state). When i go back into my slides, the triggers/changes are not there. Is there an extra step I need to take to apply the changes since the slides are existing?

My course is complete except for this last little issue....so wishing I could let things go at 98%! Greatly appreciate any help and feedback.

Hi Angelia!

On the Feedback Master, you're editing a placeholder, not the button itself.  You can only edit the text styles and the background.  So, adding a trigger to the button on the Feedback Master will not reflect on feedback layers in your course.

With that being said, I was able to add my own custom button to the Feedback Master layout. Then, I added triggers to the custom button, and those triggers did show up on the feedback layers in the course.

Give it a shot, and let me know if it works for you!
