I am experiencing consistent failures with several templates - can't customize quiz feedback. For example, in the attached file I have customized the feedback master into appearing on a green box (try again) but it is still blue and resists customization. Help?
I don't have the correct version to read your file, but I suspect what you need to do is select the correct feedback master in your question slide.
In your question slide, select the correct feedback layer. Then right click somewhere in your slide area. From the menu, hover over layout, and then select your updated feedback master. Repeat this process for the incorrect feedback layer.
Thanks for sharing your file here! It looks like you have the correct version of the feedback master selected. All you need to do now is change the color scheme by clicking the Design tab, then click the Colors dropdown. I hope this helps!
