How do you tell which slides are using which feedback master? I have been through every slide and changed it to the master that I want to use but I still have 5 slides using "modern" template but I can't find what slides these are. Is there a way I can tell other than looking in the Question/Slide view section?
You'll need to look at the individual slides and their layers to identify what feedback master they're using. You could also try adding an easily seen object to your Modern feedback master and then that's easier to spot when looking at your layers (i.e. a large red circle or something).
I am having so much trouble applying the feedback master slide. The slides which uses the feedback slide, have the feedback without any borders just the text. It looks so weird. Please could you take a look? Thanks
Thanks for sharing your .story file so that we can understand what you are seeing with your feedback layers.
I was able to see the text without the borders as you referred to above, but it looks like you applied the blank feedback layer instead of the specific ones designed.
If you apply the correct feedback layers, the outlines come with it, but I do believe some formatting may need to be adjusted:
Yes, I did notice that part, and fixed it immediately after I send that email. However, that is lot of lot of formatting to be adjusted. I do have many slides. Is there any easy way? Thanks
How can I add the specific layers instead of the blank one? I am high-lighting the feedback layer and trying to apply the specific feedback layer. But it is not working out. Please could you guide me? thanks
Hi Indrani! To change which feedback layout a slide is using, you'll have to do it for each slide individually. However, when you make a change to a layout, it should apply to all the slides that are using that layout.
It sounds like you're trying to select a different feedback layout for your slides, but it's changing back to one you don't want. Could you share a screencast of the steps you're taking? And if possible, share an updated version of your file, and let me know specifically which feedback layout you want to apply, which slides, and which feedback layout keeps reappearing. I want to make sure I get it right when testing your file!
Thank you, Crystal. I actually went ahead and made changes for individual slide. It was painful. But will walk you through the steps. This will be useful for me in the future. Thank you. In the meantime, I am working on the screencast. Thanks again.
I would love to send the screencast detailing the problem as well as the latest Storyline 2 file.
Is there a private space-where I can upload these two files?

I just want to reset it to the original feedback layer. But it defaults to the blank layer. How can I fix this problem? Thank you
