I can add text in the formview >feedback, then it add a new layer that I can edit. ( see attachment). However when I review my questions, I can not see any changes.

The "edit pick many" is there in the tutoria because that was the type of question that was specifically used in that demo. You might be using a different type of question (I don't see your attachment to know for sure).
It depends as well if you just want to change the "words in the feedback" or the look of the feedback as well.
