Hey all... I just installed an update to Storyline 2, and now the Storyline 2 icon is not displayed next to my files.
If I double-click a file it opens just fine in Storyline 2 and as you can see from the screenshots, it appears that the file association does exist. It's perplexing.
Yes - mine as well. I tried everything I could think of to re-associate the file to the correct icon. It's hard to quickly find the correct file I would like to open when the icon is missing. Any known cause of this?

Hi Jim,
It is disconcerting for sure. But it doesn't mean your files are corrupt or lost. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
Best, Julie

We are aware of an issue as is our QA Team. It seems to only be the thumbnail and we know of no other issue occurring.
I will add this thread for our team and so that we can update when applicable.
Thanks Leslie.
Same issue here. Works fine on my personal Win10 Samsung but not working on Hewlett Packard office PC on Win7 or Win10.
Thanks for letting us know Jeff. The issue is still being investigated by our QA Team but we'll be sure to relay any updates here when applicable. :)
