I've been working on a file and it quit responding so I forced a close by going to Task Manager. Now, it won't let me open - just says file is blocked by another process.
I restarted my computer, then saw there was an update today, so installed the update and I still can't open the file. I can open other Articulate files, but not this one. Help!!!
Hi Cj, this happens sometimes... try turning off your computer and on again. Or try moving the file to a different location and opening then (possibly by the time you read, it has resolved itself?)
I tried numerous attempts - shutting down my computer, compressing the file, and then decided to try renaming it and it worked! So, if anyone else has this issue, it is easily resolved once you know what to do.

Since the issue is limited to one file, importing it into a new file may be just the step needed.
