A person sent me a project file from the trial version. When I tried to open it, I couldn't. The message was, the file was made in a more recent version of Storyline than mine. However, my version is up to date. How might I go about opening this project file? Thanks.
Pierre is correct. For instance, if your client tried SL360 it would not be reverse compatible in your most recent update of SL2. Is that what happened here?

Yes, looks like it was done in 360. Can someone get a trial version of
SL2 now?
