File size - Any Guidelines?

Hello All,
I have another thread discussing an error which I get due to heavy story file size (around 100 MB's). But just to make sure more and more people put their thoughts I started this new thread .....
I have a client who asked for development of a courseware with a few videos, audio for all slides and around 100 pages in the courseware. I wanted to make client aware of the heavy file sizes that we shall have in future and issues regarding the same. Can somebody please tell me if their are any guidelines like maximum story file size that works without issues, maximum videos I can embedd and maximum audio files I can integrate ?
