File size has increased

I wonder if anyone can help.

I have been working with articulate on a mac using parallels. It was working fine until I ran out of space and had to move my files from the C drive to an external seagate drive.

I now realise this was not a great idea (but its done now). When I go back to edit the files they have increase in size significantly such that I cannot now load them onto the LMS (as there is a size limit of 100MB).

Is there anyway to fix this (as I need to make small changes to update these files)?
