Files not loading when accessed through Intradiem

I have multiple Articulate Storyline trainings that are loaded into Intradiem as tasks for participants to complete. The files are set to SCORM 2004 and both the output story.html and story_html5.html files run just fine when loaded locally. However, when I try to run them by opening their link in Intradeim, they freeze on a black screen. I thought this might be a player issue, so I rerendered using the classic player. In this case, I got the loading spinner for a moment, then it froze and did not proceed. Someone pleaaaaaaase help with suggestions.

I should add that they do run in Chrome when accessed through Intradiem, just not IE. IE is the client's standard and it would be uncommon to advise participants to load trainings using Chrome.

Hi Joe,

A couple of questions to help track down the issue here!

  • Are you publishing for Web or LMS? I wasn't sure if Intradiem is your  Learning Management System (LMS) or a web server - but you'll want to use the publish option that matches the destination type.
  • What file are you pointing to? For web, point to the story.html file. For LMS, point to the index.html file
  • What version of IE are you using?
  • Do you know what version of Storyline you're using? You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline". The latest version is 

    Storyline 360, build 3.27.18822.0.

Hey, Joe! Thanks for providing those clues. 

As a next step, I would recommend testing your content in SCORM Cloud. That will help you to compare the behavior in SCORM Cloud to your LMS experience to try to parse out file issues versus LMS issues.
